RAW FOOD PREP DEMOS - Basics
A new format is being investigated for these monthly demos. There are no dates set at this time. RAW VEGAN POTLUCKS -- Basics
You are asked to bring a Raw Vegan Dish that serves a hearty 4 people. Unless otherwise specified, also bring your own plate, eating and serving utensils, and drink. It is also requested that you bring a list of ingredients that are in your dish.
